Hector brings an entrepreneur’s energy and passion to his engagement with our clients, friends around town and the world. Having previously captained a creative agency and software development company, Hector views customer service as a process of innovation and collaboration. Hector encourages a dialogue with his clients in order to offer a unique experience to each.
Prior to joining Starthub, Hector built client relationships as a banking associate, financial advisor, real estate agent, and tech entrepreneur. While these pursuits proved fruitful for a while, none offered the same fulfillment as the chance to engage with a lifelong passion: Bringing people and resources together to help entrepreneurs reach their goals. With Starthub, Hector combines his enthusiasm for startups and technology with his superlative command of customer service and solution oriented demeanor.
Beyond the office, Hector is a married family man who provides a rapt audience for his young son’s budding singing career (the set list is Disney “Cars”-intensive). But home life isn’t all child’s play; Hector is an accomplished spatula-slinger with a knack for barbeque, a taste for Macallan 12-year, preference for Montecristo White Series cigars and a fanatic to anything watches. You can begin a timepiece conversation at your own risk. You WILL miss your next appointment, guaranteed. A beginner watch collector himself, Hector’s plans for expansion includes choice references from Omega, Zenith, Panerai and eventually Rolex, a Milgauss 116400LV to be exact. (He made us specify this, we apologize.)
